About PCP Maker

A real workflow for Person-Centered Planning — built by people who watched too many good ideas get lost in forms.

Why this exists

Families running a Person-Centered Plan ("PCP") meeting deserve a tool that helps them have the conversation — not one that fights them. Most existing tooling is either a static PDF template, a clunky electronic-record interface designed for case managers (not families), or a generic word processor. None of them are built around the actual rhythm of a PCP meeting: brainstorm strengths and dreams, surface barriers, pick goals, line up supports.

PCP Maker is built around that rhythm. A wizard pane walks the family through the meeting; an editor pane shows the plan taking shape; a polished PDF comes out at the end. Plan content stays on the family's device the whole time.

What makes it different

• Local-first. Plan content lives in your browser and in encrypted save files you control. Our servers authenticate you and deliver the editor — they never see the plan.
• Designed for the meeting itself. Wizard prompts mirror the conversation a good facilitator would have, so you don't lose the moment to "what field do I fill out next?".
• Polished PDF, no design work. The output looks like a designer touched it — every plan, every time.
• Honest pricing. Two public tiers, no surprise add-ons, 3-day free trial on every plan.

Who builds it

PCP Maker is operated by AavionD LLC, a small California company. We build software for the long tail of workflows that big EHR vendors won't touch — IPP / IEP facilitators, regional center families, transition coaches, independent providers. PCP Maker is our flagship.

We don't take third-party advertising and we don't sell user data. We make money by charging a fair subscription for software that does its job. That's the entire business model.

What we won't do

• Touch your plan content on the server side. Ever.
• Run third-party ad pixels in the app.
• Sell, rent, or share your personal information for marketing.
• Pretend to be HIPAA-compliant. We're designed to operate outside HIPAA scope by not handling PHI. See our Privacy Policy for the full posture.
