Our approach: your plan data never leaves your device

PCP Maker is a web service that exists to authenticate you, manage your membership, and deliver the editor application to your browser. The service is designed so that it does not create, receive, maintain, or transmit Person-Centered Plan content.

What stays on your device

• All Person-Centered Plan content (such as names, demographics, narrative, and history).
• The working state of the editor, held in your browser's local storage.
• Encrypted .sdp save files, which you store wherever you choose. These are encrypted on your device using strong, industry-standard cryptography.

What PCP Maker may see

• Your account email and login activity.
• Your membership and subscription status.
• Support correspondence you choose to send us.
• Service health and error information, from which plan content is excluded.

PDF rendering

PDF output is generated locally on your own machine. Plan data is not sent to PCP Maker or any other remote service for rendering.

Compliance posture

PCP Maker is designed to operate outside the scope of the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") by not handling protected health information. Customers may have their own legal and regulatory obligations; the tool is designed to support that work without PCP Maker becoming a business associate. We do not make any blanket "HIPAA compliant" claim.

Information we collect and how we use it

Apart from plan content, which remains on your device as described above, we collect a limited amount of account and operational information, which may include your email address, authentication and usage activity, membership and subscription status, support correspondence, and technical information such as IP address, browser characteristics, and diagnostic data collected automatically.

We use this information for purposes that may include authenticating you, providing and maintaining your membership, responding to your requests, securing and improving the service, and meeting our legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, license, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party direct marketing purposes.

Payment processing

Subscription payments, if any, are handled by one or more third-party payment providers. Payment details are provided directly to those providers and are not stored by PCP Maker. We receive only the limited information necessary to manage your membership.

Cookies and local storage

PCP Maker uses cookies and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to maintain the working state of the editor on your own device. You may configure your browser to limit or refuse cookies, although some features of the service may not function as a result. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose it in limited circumstances, which may include: to service providers who perform functions on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations; in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property, or to comply with applicable law.

Business transfers (merger, acquisition, financing)

If AavionD LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, or any other transfer of all or a substantial part of our business or assets, your account information and any other personal information we hold may be transferred to the acquiring or successor party as part of that transaction. We will seek to require the recipient to honor commitments consistent with this Privacy Policy, and we will provide notice (such as a banner in the Service or an email to the address on file) before any transfer that would materially change how your information is handled. Plan content that resides on your device remains under your control and is not part of any such transfer.

Security

We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards intended to protect the account information we hold. Plan content benefits from the local-only design described above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your California privacy rights

AavionD LLC is based in California. Under applicable California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended ("CCPA"), California residents may have rights to know about, access, delete, or correct certain personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any rights you may have. To make a request, please contact us using the details below. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding.

Children's privacy

The service is intended for professional and family use in administering support plans and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Person-Centered Plans may describe individuals of any age; that content remains on your device and is not received by PCP Maker.

Data retention

We retain account and operational information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and to meet legal, regulatory, and operational requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our practices. Because plan content resides on your device, you control its retention and deletion.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service following any change indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
